(excerpt) Mrs. Virginia Aileen SCHMALL 75 of Rt. 2 Crawfordsville died this morning in Culver Hospital. She was a member of Browns Valley Christian Church. Born March 17, 1900 at Berea Ky she was a daughter of Thompson and Laura Anderson Burnham. She married Wilbur Joseph Schmall Oct 14, 1922 - he died 1974. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Earl (Ethel) French, Jr; two brothers, Leland Burnham and leonard Burnham; 3 sisters, Mrs. Maude Wheeler; Mrs. Marie Tolliver; Mrs. Gladys Puckett and a granddaughter, Paula. A daughter and sister are deceased. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Powers Funeral Home Rev Victor Link officiating. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.
